PROCESSING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

PROCESSING TIME
Your order will be dispatched on the same business day if placed before 12pm AEST, or on the next business day if placed after 12pm AEST. Please note that during busy periods, promotional events, and sales, there may be delays in the dispatch of your order.

DELIVERY TIME
Orders will be delivered between 8am and 6pm from Monday to Friday. It is important to ensure that someone is available at your delivery address, as a signature will be required upon delivery. If there is no authoriSed person available to sign for the delivery, a card will be left, and the package will be returned to the nearest collection center for your convenience.

POTENTIAL DELAYS
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please understand that we rely on estimated delivery dates provided by our carriers. In rare cases, your order may arrive outside the estimated timeframe. Additionally, deliveries to rural areas across Australia may experience further delays. CANCELLING OR MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our team immediately by clicking here. Once your order has been processed by our team, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. However, we will do our best to assist you if there has been a mistake.

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING
For items on pre-order, they will be processed like a regular order but shipped at a later date. The specific date will be indicated on the product page, and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the in-stock items will be shipped separately so that you can receive them promptly. In such cases, no additional postage charges will be incurred.

We offer shipping to New Zealand using DHL International Express.
