RETURN POLICY

RETURNS
Our Australian and New Zealand customers can enjoy hassle-free returns and exchanges within 14 days from the delivery date. Our goal is to ensure your utmost satisfaction with your purchase, and in case you decide to change your mind for any reason, we provide various options to facilitate the return of your item to us.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in pristine condition, unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact. If the return fails to meet these conditions, we cannot accept the items, and they will be returned to you.

For full-priced items, you can choose to receive a full refund, credit note, or exchange for a different size. Sale items, including those marked down during a flash sale, are only eligible for credit notes or free size exchanges.

Crew socks are not eligible for exchange or credit returns.

To cover the cost of return shipping labels, we charge a return fee of $15 for Australian returns and $35 for New Zealand returns. This fee will be deducted from the refund or credit note amount.

EXCHANGES
We provide free and effortless online size exchanges within 14 days from the delivery date. You can submit your online return via our online form and follow the steps to choose a new size. After we receive your return, we'll send the new size to you at no cost.

Please keep in mind that we cannot hold your item until we receive your package. So, we suggest that you drop it off as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

If the size you want to exchange for is not available during processing, we will issue a refund or credit note, depending on the item's eligibility.

REFUNDS
In case your return is eligible for a refund, we will refund the amount to your original payment method, minus the return shipping fee and any original shipping fees. After the refund is processed, you will receive an email notification. Please allow up to five business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.

CREDIT NOTES
We issue credit notes with a unique code that can be used online, and they are valid for three years from the date of issue. You will receive the credit note via email.

If you use a credit note to purchase an item and later decide to return it, a new credit note will be issued to you.

FINAL SALE
"Final sale" refers to items that are discounted during a special offer or marked for clearance. Items marked as "final sale - no returns or exchanges" cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

If final sale items are returned despite this policy, they will be sent back to you at an additional charge.

GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards are not eligible for return.

AFTERPAY ORDERS
If you have purchased using Afterpay or another buy now pay later option, you will be refunded or credited back to your chosen platform. If you are receiving a credit note, you will continue to make payments until the original item is paid for and you will be issued a new credit note via email to use straight away.

INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEMS
All items are quality controlled to a high standard before dispatch, but if you receive an item that is not 100% right please contact us at hello@bactiveapparel.com.au with your order number and images of the fault or issue and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.

Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; failure to use in accordance with care instructions; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
